Managing Director

Jarrad is the Founder, Director and Senior Broker at Skybridge Finance and has been in the Finance industry since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland with majors in Accounting, Finance and Quantitative Methods. He also has a Masters of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional with majors in Investment Management and Corporate Finance. Jarrad has worked as a Senior Manager at major financial institutions including Commonwealth Bank (Colonial First State), Suncorp and Ernst and Young.

His financial experience and qualifications allow him to build enduring client relationships through delivering advice to the highest industry standards. Jarrad leads the SkyBridge Finance Team and was a Finalist for New Broker of the Year (QLD) in 2023. Jarrad is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Jarrad is married and has one son. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and also contributes to the community as the Treasurer and Committee Member for his son’s Not For Profit Early Education Centre.

Senior Mortgage Broker

Tek is one of our Senior Mortgage Brokers here at Skybridge Finance and has been in the Finance industry since 2011. With a Business Degree (Distinction, Double Major in Finance and Accounting from QUT), and a Degree in Mathematics, Tek has also worked as a Teacher. These qualifications and skills have given Tek strong analytical and problem-solving skills which benefit our clients immensely.

Tek enjoys helping our clients make informed financial decisions for their needs and requirements. Tek is also a registered Commissioner for Declaration and assists our clients with their documentation if and when they need a qualified witness to witness their signature.

Tek is a father of three young boys and enjoys spending quality time with his sons. He participates as a parent volunteer on the weekend at his sons’ Soccer Club.

Credit Adviser

Shane is a Credit Adviser at Skybridge Finance and has been in the finance industry since 1999 working in various lending and management roles with the major banks in Australia and New Zealand.

With over two decades of banking and lending experience behind him, Shane uses his knowledge and experience to help guide our clients with their banking.

Shane is currently completing his Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokerage. He is also a qualified exercise specialist having run his own personal training and rehab business for over a decade. When Shane isn’t in the office, he is surfing, cycling and in the gym with the family.

Credit Adviser

Laura is one of our Credit Advisers here at Skybridge Finance. She has a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and has been in the finance industry since 2022. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Property Manager for a few years.

Together, her finance and property management qualifications have given Laura strong problem-solving and communication skills to deal with the many finance scenarios our clients have. Laura particularly enjoys helping our clients make informed decisions for their financial needs and requirements.

Out of work hours, Laura spends time with animals, exploring Queensland and finding new things to do.

Head of Asset Finance

Nick is Head of Asset Finance here at Skybridge Finance and has worked in the finance industry since 2014. Prior to working at Skybridge,Nick has had extensive experience at Bank of Queensland in their treasury department.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University along with a RG146 accreditation. He is also a member of the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA), has a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a registered Justice of the Peace.

On his time off Nick enjoys traveling and taking the family greyhound Velma on walks.

Financial Planner

Andrew leads the Financial Planning arm of Skybridge Finance and provides investment, superannuation, insurance and retirement planning advice to our clients.

A qualified Financial Planner, Andrew has been in the banking and finance industry since 1998 having worked for CBA and various financial planning firms as Partner, Managing Director and Owner. He has also owned a Franchise/fast food business.

Andrew has accumulated a wealth of experience in delivering strategic financial advice to clients across superannuation structuring, personal risk protection, retirement planning and tailored investment strategies to protect and grow their wealth.

Andrew is also a passionate landscape photographer and enjoys doing this whilst travelling with his wife and two daughters.
